PROCESS FOR RESTRAINING ORDERS
AND ORDERS OF PROTECTION
Litigants may obtain restraining orders and orders of protection using processes that were in effect prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. That is, temporary orders may be obtained on the ex parte dockets and then will be scheduled for hearings on the Domestic and DVP Dockets.
