Pursuant to the May 29, 2020 Washington State Supreme Court Order No. 25700-B-628 (Amended Third Revised and Extended Order Regarding Court Operations), the Benton Franklin Counties County Superior Court is reopening most dockets, where attorneys and litigants may attend via telephone, video conferencing or in person (so long as appropriate social distancing protocols are followed). TRANSITIONAL IMPLEMENTATION OF WEBEX EFFECTIVE JUNE 29, 2020. WebEx has not yet been fully implemented in all courtrooms in both counties. It is presently implemented in Benton County Courtrooms B and E, Franklin County Courtroom 1 and Benton Franklin Juvenile Justice Courtroom 1.
