The information on this page pertains to appeals of decisions of the various administrative agencies, including, but not limited to: Department of Labor & Industries; Board of Industrial Appeals; Department of Licensing; Pollution Controls Hearings Board; Employment Security Department; Growth Management Hearings Board; and Department of Early Learning.
CASE SCHEDULING ORDERS. Appeals of decisions of an administrative agency may be subject to a case scheduling order. The court may order that a case scheduling order be entered. The parties may also request a case scheduling order.
RECORD OF AGENCY. The appellant is responsible for obtaining a copy of the record of the administrative agency.
TRANSCRIPT OF AGENCY PROCEEDINGS. The appellant is also responsible for preparing a transcripot of the proceedings before the administrative agency.
