The information on this page pertains to appeals from the following courts of limiited jurisdiction: Benton County District Court; Franklin County District Court; and Pasco Municipal Court.


CASE SCHEDULING ORDERS.  All appeals from courts of limited jurisdiction are subject to case scheduling orders.  All parties must comply with the case scheduling orders.  Attendance by parites is mandatory at status conferences and at oral argument.


RECORD OF LOWER COURT.  The appellant is responsible for obtaining a copy of the record of the lower court.


TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEEDING.  The appellant is also responsible for preparing a transcripot of the proceedings in the lower court.
