Status Conference Declaration - Write-In Form
LCR 94.04W(h)(2): Telephonic Appearance. There Shall be no telephonic appearances made available for status hearings. If a party resides more than 150 miles from Benton or Franklin Counties Superior Court, that party may file a Status Conference Declaration, which must be filed with the Court Clerk at least 14 days prior to the status hearing. A copy of the Declaration must be provided to the opposing party’s attorney, or to the opposing party if there is no attorney, at least 10 court days before the hearing.
