On occasion, the court will order that one or both parents vistation will be supervised. Family or friends, if qualified, can be called upon to serve as supervisors. The court has adopted a policy entitled "Expectations for Supervised Visitation" in order to establish uniformity and accountability in supervisded vistation. Non-professional supervisors must sign an acknowledgment declaring that they have read the policy and agree to abide by the same. It is included in the "Expectations for Supervised Visitation" document.
