Below you will find the link for the current Title 26 (Family Law) GAL Registry. Please note that GALs must be listed on this registry in order to be appointed to cases in Benton and Franklin Counties.
Any Title 26 GAL from this list can be appointed to a case if all parties agree on the GAL. If parties cannot agree on a GAL, please submit a written request for a strike packet to Angelina Stevenson in Court Administration.

The process for ex parte has changed in both counties on a permanent basis. Click HERE for a description of the process.
